South Cerney Sailing Club Annual General Meeting
You are invited to attend the Club's AGM to be held at the Clubhouse and via Microsoft Teams on:
SUNDAY 14th January 2024 AT 2.00 pm
The revised date for the AGM will be on 14th January 2024 either in person at the Clubhouse or via Teams. A meeting link will be issued in due course once the technical issues have been resolved.
The Executive Committee have consider items provided to them and have publish an agenda and supporting documents in the Library > Members Documents > 2023 AGM, Click Here. This includes, the Commodores report, Treasurer's report, and last year's minutes (for approval) will be made available on the website ahead of the meeting.
To enable members to vote by proxy there is an online Poll for various issues including next year's Executive Committee. This has now been re-opened for your vote 23.59hrs 12th January 2024 and can be found via the Polls tab in your Portal page, or Click Here
Should you wish to stand for election to the Executive Committee we have several vacancies, and we welcome members to volunteer to help run our successful club. We currently have vacancies for the following positions that can still be considered:
- Commodore
- Training Principal
