A poll is available on our club website to vote on the various matters outlined below to 23:59 on 9th December.

All votes are required to be submitted via the online Poll, Click Here to place your vote. Note you must be signed into the club website to enter the Poll and vote. The Poll can also be found in your Portal page which displays when you sign in or click the link in the top right corner of the website.

2. Commodore's Report.

3. Treasurer's Report.

3.1Receive the 2021-2022 Accounts

4. Approve the proposal that an Independent Examination be carried out on the 2022-2023 accounts, by a suitably qualified practitioner offering a reasonable price, selected at the discretion of the directors (Rule 2.3)

5. Administrative Business

5.1 Special Business (changes to articles of the club)

6. Election of Flag Officers, Officials and Executive Committee Members

A list of candidates standing for election or re-election as directors is shown below.

Note:

A. In the week prior to the meeting a poll will be held online to approve or otherwise on the matters where a vote is required.

B. Documents will be made available via the members area of the website ahead of the meeting.

C. The club is run by the members, but we are very short of volunteers to help run it, particularly on the Executive Committee (see below), please consider offering to help, it is rewarding and you only need to offer time that you have available.

Nigel Dibb is retiring as Treasurer after serving full term.

Nick Buxton is retiring as Hon. Secretary after serving full term.

Roger Alyard is retiring as a director after serving full term, but is willing to be co-opted onto the committee managing the club insurance

Paul Moir is retiring as a director after serving full term, but is willing to be co-opted onto the committee as book keeper

Chris Williams is retiring as Training Principle
