We are committed to continuously improving facilities

We are proud of our excellent facilities, but we have a policy of continuous improvement.

in 2022, for example, we invested in cutting-edge developments in automated race management systems, in a new windsurfer store and secure fencing in front of the clubhouse for a child friendly environment.

In 2024 our Club has enhanced our watersports experience because we:

Purchased a new, bigger and more suitable Committee Boat.

Procured two lovely, stable and nice-sailing Gull sailing dinghies to allow members a perfect boat to safely build their sailing skills.

Adopted an outstanding new race management software system

Installed an automatic inflator for SUPs and paddle boards to make it easier for paddlers to get afloat.

Installed 2 mooring buoys in the lake so people can stop, tie-up and enjoy the lake.

Improved the accessibility and visibility of the life belts by our lakeside.

Re-graded the beach to make it easier to recover dinghies up the beach gradient.

Refreshed the windsurfer beach.

Replaced the RIB slipway pontoon.

Made our lake available to Stroud Sea Cadets.
