We are a friendly club

Our outstanding purpose-built clubhouse looks out over the lake and is the ideal spot to meet with other members, discuss the sailing or take in the activities on the lake. The patio is a secure garden fenced off from the water and child friendly. Our galley and bar are open on Saturdays and Sundays throughout the season serving good food and drink at good value. We run Open Mornings in the summer for prospective new members to look around the club, meet some of our regular members and have a taster sail. We have a special day event for new and current members to get together. Other events include the annual prize giving and summer weekend regatta. For members who join without having purchased a boat, we have single and double-handed boats for hire many of which are free of charge.
