There were 8 trophy days in 2023 but there were only junior entrants in 4 of the 8 trophy days; Olympic trophy, Aline Trophy, Old George, and Stradling Trophy.
Therefore the number of races to count for the cannon trophy = 3
(As detailed in our NoR:- The number of results used for each boats series score in the Coot or Cannon series will be the next whole number above half the races completed in the race series).
