96 Cadet Squadron Open Morning

Saturday 8th April, 10:00 to 13:00.

The 96 Cadet Squadron are inviting youngsters interested in this fantastic sport to an open morning at South Cerney Sailing Club. As this is the start of the Cadet season it is an ideal time to join the activities and get in at the begining.

 

The aim is to allow you to meet the members, see the facilities and understand how to participate.

 

The primary aim of the squadron is to build confidence on the water and introduce youngsters to sailing as an activity and sport. Maybe you have an Olympic champion at home waiting to be discovered.

 

Members from 8 years old to early teens are welcomed. The 96 Cadet Squadron is renowned for its quality of training and management, applying long tried and tested strategies for youth development. To the extent that it has been recognised by the RYA and awarded Champion Club status.

 

Just turn up and see what this is all about, let those young people burn off some energy developing new skills that could benefit them for life.
